Tom is founder of the groundbreaking Loaf Community Bakery and Cookery School in Birmingham. Tom established Loaf as a wood-fired micro-bakery in the back garden of his terraced house, before taking over a double-fronted shop on his local high street and growing Loaf into a social enterprise and worker co-op high street bakery and cookery school. It’s been serving it’s community with wholesome, delicious, and beautiful bread since 2009.
