Hold onto your rolling pins, because August has been a whirlwind of baking brilliance! This month, our ovens have been working overtime to bring you a parade of irresistible treats. We kicked things off with our decadent Chocolate Brownie Buns—think rich, fudgy brownie goodness wrapped in fluffy bun perfection. Not to be outdone, our Lemon Meringue Doughnuts have been soaring high, bursting with zesty lemon and crowned with a pillowy, golden meringue. And let’s not forget our Nutella Buns, a new fan favourite, oozing with gooey, chocolate-hazelnut goodness.

A huge thank you for bearing with us while we upgraded our Coleshill site! With our shiny new commercial kitchen, we’re all set to whip up even more of your Blake's favourites, like our irresistible Ploughman’s Special and Breakfast Brioche. Plus, our front-of-house now boasts a shiny new ice machine for fresh smoothies and a freezer stocked with ice cream for doggos – because even your furry friends deserve a treat!

Our bakery team have been hard at work over the last few months developing and launching some great new products into our range. We’re thrilled to introduce fabulous new additions like our rich Coffee & Walnut Cake, tangy Apple & Blackberry Cake, crunchy Seeded Granola Bars, and energising Seed & Nut Bites.
Alongside adding bagels to our menu, the team has crafted an amazing new rye bread that’s taking our Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Egg dish to the next level. It’s been a huge hit.
