The moment we’ve been waiting for - the launch of our first pop up #clanfieldpopsup on 22nd August. Clanfield chef Paul Barnard is just fabulous, and we couldn’t pick anyone else for our first #supperclub.

Local artisan products were made for this.

Details

  • The communal dining event takes place on 22nd August 2018.
  • Welcome drinks are from 7pm with food served at 7.30pm.
  • The price is £40 per head including your welcome drink.

Made with Wessex Mill flour. Roasted beetroot salad

With local Bix cheese, rocket, pear & pine nuts, dressing made from Stainswick Farm rapeseed oil. Fillet of Kelmscott pork

Wrapped in cured ham & sage, roasted & served with a cepe sauce, braised pigs cheeks, savoy cabbage cooked with local free range pancetta, caraway, leeks & shallots.

Warm Oxfordshire honey tart

Served with homemade vanilla ice cream.
